The Boiling Springs Bank building, part of the One Orient Way complex, is now vacant, as the bank, now Blue Foundry, has moved headquarters to Park Avenue.  We should anticipate some form of development, whether repurposed or rebuilt.  Problems with flooding in the lower parking lot and retail stalls has been an issue since its inception.
